今の福祉のカタチでは隔絶され、孤立した人が取り残される。そこで、あいりん地区を断絶する廃線跡地で日常生活を拡張したマチがイエとなる福祉を建築化する。それは街のそれぞれにとっての”居場所”となる。
The current form of welfare leaves isolated and secluded people behind. Therefore, we will expand daily life on the site of the abandoned railway line that separates the Airin district, and create a welfare building that will make the town a home. It will connect the town and its people, and become a place for each person to belong.
