宅地開発によってその土地本来のランドスケープを失った茨木。何気ない街に埋もれている旧集落地とそれらを繋ぐ水路に注目し、水路沿いの空間を再編することで、旧集落の自然環境を茨木全体へと拡大させる計画。
水路沿いの公共空間は関係が断絶されているトオリ-ニワ（公-私）の関係をつなげ、都市に参加する庭のかたち、あるいは個人の居場所の集積としてのパブリックスペースが実現される。
Ibaraki lost its original landscape due to residential land development. Focusing on the old settlements buried in casual towns and the waterways that connect them, the plan is to expand the natural environment of the old settlements to the entire Ibaraki area by reorganizing the space along the canals.
The public space along the waterway connects the Toori-Niwa (public-private) relationship, which is cut off, and realizes a public space as a garden that participates in the city or as a collection of private places.
