1945 年8⽉9⽇、⻑崎に原⼦爆弾が投下された。「75 年は草⽊も⽣えぬ」という⾔説が出
るほど、その時の⻑崎の現状は凄まじかった。今の⻑崎は復興を遂げ、⾃然にも恵まれた都
市となっている。しかし、原⼦爆弾を体験した被爆者の数は減り、原⼦爆弾の⽖痕をリアル
の伝える被爆遺構は⽼朽化により、今のように⾒学することはできなくなるだろう。私たち
はこのような経験をできる最後の世代と⾔われており、私たちにはこの歴史の事実を次の
世代に伝える義務がある。そこで、原⼦爆弾の被爆者への追悼と、世界への平和祈念を⽬指
す平和公園を再計画することで新たな伝承・平和祈念空間を提案する。この敷地は浦上刑務
所という遺構を埋め⽴てて計画されており、本計画はその遺構のフットプリントを新しく
書き起こして、空間を作り出す。それにより、訪れた⼈が新たな空間体験をし、世界への平
和を祈念できるような空間を設計する。

An A-bomb was dropped on Nagasaki, and 75 passed. An A-bomb victim and the being bombed remains of an ancient structure handing down an A-bomb disappear, and our generation must hand it down to a coming generation. Therefore I suggest new tradition, peace prayer space by using the foot pudding place of Nagasaki Peace Park in hope of peace and the prison filled up
