Food loss and the decline in the agricultural population are major food-related problems. Despite the major problems, however, 6.12 million tons of food loss is generated annually, and incinerating this loss requires a large amount of money. Also, how many people can become farmers just because the farming population is declining? After all, it is someone else's problem, and this situation arises because people are not aware of the problems with food. Therefore, we propose to create a place where farming is not something only farmers do, but where we, the general public, can connect with production in a more familiar way, and to build an architecture where everyone can think about and contribute to Japan's food problems.
