In recent years, due to the spread of the new coronavirus, the overconcentration of people in Tokyo has become more problematic than ever. On the other hand, measures to disperse people, companies, and administrative agencies from Tokyo to regional areas, such as linear opening and regional revitalization telework, are being implemented, but it cannot be said that they are sufficient because the logistics base is still located in Tokyo. In order to change this situation, it is necessary to establish a large logistics base outside of Tokyo, and to have functions and mechanisms so that people can gather there and be full of vitality. In order to disperse urban functions, we propose a system in which some urban functions are moved to Nagoya, which is one of the three largest cities and is geographically located in the center of the Japan, and is disposed of with the Tokyo metropolitan area, which is regarded as a problem. The purpose is to show the ideal state of a new urban center and logistics base. In order to blend in with the landscape, three sites were set up and divided into separate buildings instead of high-rise buildings. By changing the number of people involved and the size of the space, we propose a facility where you can enjoy change while feeling connected through gaze and experience.
