我が国において小中学校における不登校児童数は24万人を超えており、この数値は10年前と比較しおよそ2倍となっている。
しかし、その中の3割の生徒が社会から提供される支援から取りこぼされ、いわゆる「ほったらかし」にされているといった事実が存在する。
先行研究において、彼らのような不登校児童を生み出す原因の一つに、多くの規則に基づいた教育スタイルが挙げられた。
そこで本計画では奈良の市街地にて、建築とその周辺のコミュニティを介することによる不登校児童の心のエネルギーの回復と生きる力の体得を目指す。
そのプログラムの実現のため、糸が敷地の特産品である蚊帳を織りなすのように、人と地域の人々が交わる新しい学びの在り方を提案する。
In Japan, the number of school students who refuse to go to school in elementary and junior high schools exceeds 240,000, and this figure has doubled from 10 years ago.
However, there is a fact that 30% of those students are left out of the support provided by society and are untended.
In the previous research, one of the causes which presence of such children was the educational style based on many rules.
Therefore, in this project, we aim to restore the mental energy of children who refuse to go to school and acquire the power to live through architecture and the surrounding community in the urban area of Nara.
In order to realize the program, we propose a new way of learning where people and local people interact, like threads weaving a mosquito net, which is a specialty of the site.
