There is potential for Nara's path. However, in commerce, the merchant spirit of the "Great Buddha Business Law" has taken root, resulting in economic decline and the decline of traditional crafts. Therefore, this proposal will revive Nara's commerce and culture by taking advantage of the characteristics of culverted roads (meandering, narrowness, erosion, and sedimentation). Walking along the road, one is somehow invited to the mise-en-scene space, where one can see the production process and the stagnant scenery, and be motivated to make purchases.
