天王寺は「大阪の南の玄関口」という背景から、門「モン」として人々を迎え入れ、送り出すとともに、出会いを生み出す門「カド」として、外国人観光客と市民との新たな界隈を生み出す建築を提案する。
As Osaka continues to become more international, it is scheduled to host the 2025 World Expo.
Given the background of Tennoji as the southern gateway to Osaka, I suggest the design of the architecture to create a new neighborhood between foreign tourists and citizens, serving as the gate “MON'' that welcomes people and sending them out as the gate “KADO” that creates encounters.
