Rivers, which are the backbone of all of Osaka, are flexible, and rivers filled with garbage have been transformed into transportation networks. We will create a new city out of　garbage and cover the framework of Osaka, which continues to make sacrifices, as a testing ground for thinking about the future of Osaka, where waste is being dissipated.
