The construction of embankments can weaken the relationship between the sea or rivers and people's lives, leading to the decline of settlements that once thrived through livelihoods closely connected to these natural elements. As a result, it must be acknowledged that such infrastructure carries negative aspects. In response, I propose an industrial hub that, while being an embankment, connects and sustains both livelihoods and serves as a platform for communication in regions facing such challenges.
