日常を編み直す -通過を居合わせに変える中津の再編集- Reweaving Everyday Life — Re-editing Nakatsu by Turning Passage into “Co-Presence”

中津商店街に点在する空き家・空き店舗の解体で残る壁・窓・建具などを回収し、3m×3mの可搬ユニットとして再構成する。ユニットは商店街通りに敷設したレール上を移動でき、平日は点在配置させ、休憩や小商いの居場所をつくり、週末は結節点に集めて広場やイベント空間を再編する。さらに災害時には仮設住宅として転用し、商店街を状況に応じて組み替えられる「編集可能なまち」へ更新することを目的とする。
ユニットを単なる設備として配置するのではなく、人と人が交わる「きっかけ」を生む装置として運用する。さらに時間帯ごとの利用者の違いに合わせてユニットを移動・集約し、放課後や帰宅前など人の重なる時間に試食やラジオ体操などの小さな催しを挿入することで、同じ時間を過ごしながら、商店街を日常的な関係が育つ「まちの居場所」へ再編する。
Walls, windows, doors, and other reusable components salvaged from the demolition of vacant houses and shops scattered throughout the Nakatsu Shopping Street are collected and reassembled into movable 3m × 3m units. These units can travel along rails installed within the shopping street. On weekdays, they are dispersed along the street to create places for rest and small-scale commerce; on weekends, they are gathered at key nodes and reconfigured into plazas or event spaces. In addition, in times of disaster, the units can be converted into temporary housing, enabling the shopping street to be reorganized according to changing conditions. Through this system, the project aims to transform Nakatsu into an “editable city” that can be continuously reconfigured.
