This proposal is a reconstruction hub proposal that does not eliminate the topographical changes created by the earthquake, but reweaves human livelihoods and lives together with the continually changing lagoon. Centered on lagoon-based industries, it aims to create a place where architecture and landscape change roles over time while continuously renewing the relationship between people and the ecosystem.
