本計画は、ベッドタウンとしての機能を失うであろう未来の大津市市街地において、まちの人同士のつながる拠点を創り出し、まちに関わり続ける人を増やす仕組みを提案する。経済のみならず人々の活動、関係性、記憶が更新され続ける＝自律的に育ち続けるまちになること目指す。
This plan proposes a system to create a hub for connecting residents and increase the number of people who remain involved in the city in the future urban area of Otsu, which will likely lose its function as a commuter town. The goal is to create a city where not only the economy but also people's activities, relationships, and memories continue to be renewed, resulting in a city that continues to grow autonomously.
