Many rural areas are also suffering from labor shortages due to the declining birthrate and aging population, so it can be seen that rural migration is in demand for both cities and rural areas. However, the hurdles for migration are currently high, and there is a gap between those who want to move and those who can. In addition, although there are many migration support programs that the government and organizations take the initiative in, the people in the area who should actually be involved with the migrants are left to the task, and the migrants are the people in the area and the town. The current situation is that they are moving to the town without fully knowing the culture. In regions where the population will change rapidly in the future due to population outflow and the uptake of migrants, the attractive and unique culture may be lost.
